CLASSIC

"Green World Aid Projects" is a production company founded in 2022 by the "Tikra produkcija" VšĮ, which is already celebrating its 25th year. The group of like-minded people, who previously worked in the fields of music, events and cinema, have encountered many different music genres and event formats in their many years of activity. Very often, I had to deal with viewers or customers whose musical and artistic taste was strictly framed by a preconceived notion that "this genre or style is valuable or good, this other one is not solid or unacceptable."

Our team motto:

THERE ARE NO GOOD OR BAD MUSIC STYLES AND GENRES - THERE ARE GOOD OR BAD TRACKS AND PROJECTS!

Continuing the traditions of "Metamorphoses of World Classics" started in 1999 together with maestro Gintars Rinkevičius and the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, this year we present a completely new musical program created on the basis of a symbiosis of world classical and popular music works. In every newly created work by composer and conductor Vilija Mažintaitė, performed by pianist Darius Mažintas and cellist David Dumčias, without interfering with each other, nuggets of classical and popular music are interwoven and unfold with a new sound. It is our deep belief that all music genres not only have the right to exist in the sky of world music, but can also incredibly closely "co-exist" together in one piece of music, not only without interfering with each other, but also merging and complementing each other, thus confirming different music styles and the uniqueness of the symbiosis of genres.

This project, as an expression of a completely new musical genre, is intended for both the general public and music professionals, and from the very first chords of the concert, we will try so that the listeners, who come to listen to popular music, at the same time hear and appreciate all the charm of classical music. Meanwhile, music lovers who come to listen to academic music will see how rock, jazz, pop or soul style music can incredibly enrich the sound of classical music.
